Baby Spinach and Orange Salad
1/2 lb Fresh baby spinach
3 each Fresh oranges, peeled and diced
1 each Medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup Fresh red onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Toasted walnuts, chopped


1. Mix spinach, oranges, cucumber, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
2. Top with black pepper and balsamic vinegar when ready to serve.
