1 each Garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons Fresh chives, minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek-style fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon buttermilk powder


1. Alternately, process whole garlic clove, chives, and dill in food processor until ingredients are minced.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended Transfer to serving bowl, cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight to let flavors blend.
3. Serve with fresh-cut raw vegetables.
