1 lb Pork tenderloin, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
1 pinch salt
1 dash ground black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil

directions
1. Season each round with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
2. Heat oil in a large pan to medium heat. Add pork rounds and brown each side, about 3 minutes each side.
